'The 2018 Echezeaux Grand Cru is a promising cuvée in the making, mingling aromas of dark berry fruit, cassis and cherries with notions of burning embers, dried flowers and dark chocolate. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and ripely tannic, with a layered and nicely concentrated core, lively acids, and a well-defined finish.' - Willem Kelley, Robert Parker, Wine Advocate, 92-94/100 (Jan 2020)
'Mid cherry red. Less open than Les Beaux Monts just tasted. This is rather muscular, compact, powerful but clearly picked at perfect ripeness – it is rich and dark and so spicy but with pure fruit and freshness even with all this power. Deep, full in the mouth, harmony in power. 2028 - 2040.' - Julia Harding MW, JancisRobinson.com, 18/20 (Nov 2019)
