Notes
Cape Town-based designer Haldane Martin, now simply known as Haldane, has been a significant figure in South African design for over two decades. Known for iconic pieces like the Zulu Mama Chair and Songololo Sofa, his design evolution spans from furniture to interiors, with a recent focus on outdoor furniture collections.
The steel construction of the base of these Weightless chairs, is reminiscent of the Charles and Ray Eames Model DSR chairs resembling the Eiffel Tower.
