Notes
Cees Braakman was a pioneering Dutch furniture designer and head of design at Pastoe, one of the Netherland's most influential post-war furniture manufacturers.
He was known for his modular design systems which reflect the clean, functional aesthetic aligned with Scandinavian and Japanese influences.
This present lot, which is part of his 'Japanese Series', can function as a standalone or in combination with other modular pieces.
