This highboard with its clean lines and good proportions is a testament to the enduring appeal of Danish mid-century design. Danish highboards perform the same function as sideboards but have a taller more vertical form.
Farsø Møbelfabrik was a Danish furniture manufacturer active during the mid-20th century and known for producing high-quality Danish modern furniture.
The company collaborated with respected designers and contributed to the broader Scandinavian Mid-century Modern design movement.
