The Follow Your Dreams wine is a hugely aromatic and medium-bodied skin contact Carignan with aromas of crushed berries and flowers. The palate reveals sour cherry, strawberry and bright acidity, but then evolves to sweeter potpourri-like floral notes of violets and a lingering savoury finish. It matches really well with lamb with Middle Eastern spices or red meats.
