Notes
David Reade is a glass artist known for his distinctive approach to blown glass. His scent bottles often feature vibrant colors and intricate designs. The clear body with blue highlights is a signature of his style, showcasing his expertise in blending color and form. David Reade makes his clear glass himself, from "true Cape sand", and each piece starts as a ball of molten glass at the end of an iron pipe. His assistant then blows through the pipe, while he shapes the ball, using hand-held tools.
