Notes
These drawings are extraordinary in their scale and energy but they are also pitch perfect. The flashes of colour on the monochromatic drawings echo the landscape and somehow also evoke the sounds of the village - the shrill calling of the women and the noise of children, a dog yapping and a goat bleating … always there are the arcs of energy like traces of elementary particles in a cloud chamber.
