These Waves Viognier 2015
This golden buttery straw-hued Viognier was fermented in French oak and matured for eight months on the lees. Grapes were hand-harvested from a tiny vineyard in the picturesque Elgin valley. With very wet winters and cool summers, the terroir is known to be the birthplace of special aromatic wine cultivars like Viognier. Floral aromas with apricot, delicate spice notes and violets. A wine with a rich, creamy mouthfeel and a discernibly mineral aftertaste.

These Waves Merlot 2012
Vines growing on the mild west-facing slopes of the Helderberg mountains have produced grapes with remarkable concentration, and wines famed for their ageing potential. Grapes are picked in the cooler pre-Autumn mornings of March and then hand-sorted, berry by berry. Cranberries, fresh black cherries and spearmint are followed by crushed cherries, pomegranate and subtle oak spice.

This wine is packed in two wooden boxes.
