in the Chinese style, the centre with a crab enclosed by a double blue-line, surrounded by four fish, all against a diaper ground, the cavetto with stylised blossoms enclosed by arches, the border with stylised blooms and scrolling foliage, wavy rim, the reverse with four sprays of peonies above an incised baton border, raised on a low foot, underglaze-blue double-ring and four-character mark, 28cm diameter
