the ovoid body painted with two cartouches each enclosing a pagoda with figures in the foreground and mountains in the distance, interspersed by two further cartouches each enclosing a bird amongst foliage and fish amongst aquatic plants, all surrounded by scrolling flowerheads and foliage, with a band of ruyi-heads below a diaper band, underglaze-blue four-character mark, hairline cracks, 17,8cm high
