This internationally acclaimed, long-ageing Bordeaux blend was named after former owner, Paul Sauer, and was first made in 1981. Produced by wine-making legend Beyers Truter, the 1990 has aged with incredible grace.

From a private collection assembled at Kanonkop and meticulously stored in the Kanonkop cellars since the release of the first vintage
