An award-winning photojournalist, author, activist and educator. A former New York City fashion and advertising photographer and producer, whose dedication to human rights led her to international projects with Amnesty International and to create portraits of Nelson Mandela, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, the Dalai Lama, Maya Angelou, as well as extensive work with Indigenous communities worldwide. Jane Feldman's work has appeared in The New York Times, the Boston Globe, Time Magazine, PBS’s Frontline, CBS Sunday Morning, CNN, the History Channel, YES! Magazine, Orion Magazine, Berkshire Magazine, and many others.
