‘2010 shows savoury cedar whiffs, with bright cherry & strawberry aromas powering through tealeaf cigar box spice. Plush tannins, sweet berry notes. Integrated 80% new French oak; natural ferment. ‘15-16 months in French oak (60% new). Mid ruby. A touch smoky but quite subtle with only a light note of oak spice, giving a more savoury character overall.
