‘Made from low yielding Shiraz vines in the Stonewell, Kalimna, Koonunga, Ebenezer and Greenock districts of the Barossa Valley this wine is fermented and then matured for 18 months in a mixture of new French (73%) and American (27%) oak. Deep, dense, black in colour this wine is starting to show some maturity. The nose is incredibly savoury with just a hint of liquorice. The palate shows blackcurrant fruit above all others.
