About this Item

Three Canary Island knives
each handle typically decorated with intricate patterns with various materials, two with silvered metal ends and the blades with punched in designs to one side and punched names and dated 1896 to the other, the largest example the blade signed, the brown and yellow smaller example with signed blade, the largest the blade 16,9cm long; and a Mediterranean prostitute stiletto knife, first half 19th century, of small proportions, the handle of graduating pagoda form, finely inlaid with layers of dark horn and wood, the sharp tapering pointed blade pierced with dagger motifs and gilt dot inlays, the scabbard with decorative silver casings enclosing dark material and wooden sections, the blade 9,5cm long
