the rectangular top above a pair of folding panelled doors enclosing a further pair of pierced silk-lined doors, the interior fitted with a shrine, panels carved with figures, ho-ho birds and dragons, with sliding compartments below, the panelled sides with ring handles, the later stand with a pair of drawers, on square-section legs with block feet, signed, 230cm high, 126cm wide, 84cm deep
