The FMC, 2009
6 (1 x 6) 750ml
Ken Forrester Wines was established in the early 1990s after Johannesburg resident and restaurateur, Ken Forrester fell in love with this Stellenbosch property. He and Martin Meinert, after 3 years of experimenting, audaciously created a flagship Chenin Blanc called FMC (Forrester, Meinert Chenin) in the year 2000. Sourced from vines planted in 1970, it set the world benchmark for New World Chenin and started SA’s Chenin revolution.
From one of the finest modern-day vintages, the 2009, is ‘Emphatic, unequivocal, individual; not for the faint-hearted!
