Back Story: Amidst Covid-19 and having to protect ourselves we cannot look away from the cold season that is upon us. Another cold day in the streets of Soweto.
This image was submitted to Stilled Life, a community photographic platform launched to give South Africans a place to share their Covid-19 stories, and has been selected as one of the top 100 images that will be on view at the 2020 RMB Turbine Art Fair. The proceeds of the sale of this lot will benefit the BASA Artists Relief Fund.
