Cuvée Cinéma 2016

The Cuvée Cinéma is produced entirely from the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge and is the most refined and desired of the three Crystallum single vineyard Pinot Noirs. It was named after a film based on the life of Napoleon that was shot on the site a year prior to the vineyards being planted.
Winemakers personal tasting note:
'Black fruit, violets and musk on the nose, with some light smoke and earthiness. Prominent fruit of cherry and dark raspberry on the palate that is pure, long, deep, and sustained. Rich and full with moderate acidity and smooth texture. Only 5206 bottles produced' - Peter-Allan Finlayson
