A large Gustav Spörri earthenware ewer, manufactured by Ziegler AG, Schaffhausen, mid 20th century
the ovoid body moulded with geometric panels of blue, yellow and pale pink against a black ground highlighted with cream-glazed slip, the side applied with a strap handle, signed 'ORIGINAL G. Spörri Schaffhausen F57', 36cm high
