This wine, grown on the high-altitude Ceres Plateau, shows layers of blackberry, violet and cracked pepper with subtle herbal notes. The palate is focused and refined, with vibrant acidity, mineral tension and finely grained tannins. This limited Guild release balances power and precision, capturing the distinctive character of its rugged terroir and offering excellent ageing potential.
Tasting Notes: The nose is expressive with blackberry, violet and cracked pepper aromas. The palate is focused, with mineral tension, vibrant acidity and fine tannins, finishing long and refined.
