From a mystical vineyard that produces an ethereal wine. This extreme cool-climate Viognier is the showpiece of Lismore’s terroir. Grown on shale slopes over clay in dry-land farmed vineyards, it displays concentration and a distinctive sense of place. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented in 300 litre Burgundian barrels, with 20% new oak contributing further complexity and refinement.

Tasting Notes: The wine is rich, lush and decadent. Aromas of honeysuckle, peaches and dried apricots lead into a lingering saline and citrus finish. A clean, fresh acidity supports the extravagance of the nose and the palate, bringing balance and definition throughout.

Ready for drinking in 5 to 15 years.
