Glen Scouller is a contemporary Scottish artist based in Ayrshire. Born in Glasgow, he honed his skills at the Glasgow School of Art, Scotland, from 1968 to 1973. Scouller is celebrated for his vibrant landscapes and still lifes, which are characterised by their brilliant colours and dappled light. His artistic process often involves painting en plein air, which he then uses to create larger artworks in his studio.
Scouller is the recipient of numerous accolades, including the Royal Scottish Painting Award, the Lauder Award, and the Hutcheson Prize. He was also elected as a member of the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolours in 1997. His work can be found in public and corporate collections globally, including those of De Beers and the First National Bank of South Africa.
