A fine selection of white Burgundy, spanning the full range of the region's great Chardonnay appellations - from the flinty, mineral wines of Chablis through to the richer, more textured expressions of the Côte de Beaune. Highlights include Grand Cru bottlings from Chevalier-Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet and Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet, alongside benchmark Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet from names such as Roulot, Coche-Bizouard and Etienne Sauzet. Producers represented range from grower-estates to celebrated négociant houses, offering collectors an excellent cross-section of what white Burgundy does best.

Domaine Trapet is a seventh-generation Gevrey-Chambertin estate led by the biodynamic pioneer Jean-Louis Trapet, who with his wife Andrée also makes wine from her family's Demeter-certified vineyards in Alsace.The Riesling from Riquewihr, one of Alsace's most celebrated villages. 2017 was a warm, ripe Alsace vintage. Ostrea is a village Gevrey-Chambertin from old vines, named for the fossilised oyster shells in its limestone soils. 2017 was a fresh, generous Côte de Nuits vintage of aromatic, classically balanced reds.
