Notes
Lars Hellsten was one of Sweden's most influential post-war glass designers. In 1972, he joined Orrefors Glassworks and remained there for 25 years. He worked extensively in clear crystal and was celebrated for combining Scandinavian modernist simplicity with innovative glassmaking techniques.
This Corona bowl was moulded, then ground and polished to achieve the crisp facets and brilliant finish.
