Notes
In 1956 Elna and Alex participated in the International Exhibition of Ceramic Arts in Washington.
The demand for their work is such that large department stores such as Stuttafords order and sell their wares. It is roughly at this time that the studio stops producing vases as the production is too time-consuming, making this piece a rare and unusual example.
