Vintage Collection of The Mentors Chenin Blanc 2013, 2015, 2017

This curated trio captures the evolution of a benchmark Chenin Blanc across three vintages. The 2013 reveals a wine hitting its stride, with honeyed depth and savoury nuance. The 2015 balances ripe stone fruit with crystalline acidity. The 2017 shows youthful energy and layered complexity, promising further development in the bottle. Across all three, expect aromas of peach, Granny Smith apple, and nougat, with a creamy, textured palate edged by lime zest, roasted macadamia, and integrated oak. A collector's set that reflects the age-worthy elegance of old-vine Chenin Blanc.
