‘A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 4% Petite Sirah, 2% Malbec and 1% Cabernet Franc, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a dark red-berried frame and offers an open-knit and juicy expression of dark cherry and blackberry on the nose with hints of wood and subtle aromas of purple flowers. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is straightforward and shows a balanced structure, ending with an uncomplicated finish.
