About this Item

Protégé Mixed Case - A Celebration of Emerging Talent

6 x 750ml bottles (2 bottles each of 3 wines)

This exclusive mixed case showcases the work of our three graduating Protégés. Each wine reflects their individual style, shaped through mentorship by some of South Africa’s top winemakers.

Karabelo Masoleng - Serendipity Pinot Noir 2024
Mentored by Charles Hopkins at De Grendel Wine Estate, Karabelo’s Ceres Plateau Pinot Noir was gently fermented and matured in French oak. Aromas of cranberry and violet lead to a silky palate of red plum and spice. Serendipity celebrates her journey from fashion to wine, and the unexpected beauty of finding one’s purpose.

Lindelwa Panaso Msomi - iNtombenhle Pinotage 2024
Under JD Pretorius at Warwick Wine Estate, Panaso crafted a fresh, medium-bodied Pinotage with notes of cherry, raspberry, and soft vanilla. Elegant and approachable, iNtombenhle — “Beautiful girl” - honours her mother’s strength and inspires joyful, inclusive wine enjoyment.

Tholakele Tania Bekwayo - Tamara Blanc de blancs Brut Nature 2024
Mentored by Pieter Ferreira at Graham Beck Wines, Tholakele blended Chardonnay and Alvarinho, fermented in a mix of vessels and aged 12 months on lees. Crisp citrus, green apple, and herbal notes define this vibrant Cap Classique. Tamara is a heartfelt tribute to the power of mentorship and those who nurture potential.

Each wine is individually packed in a wooden box.
