This six-bottle case of The Green Man 2017 from Silverthorn Wines is a celebration of fine Cap Classique.

Named after the ancient mythological figure symbolising renewal and harmony with nature, The Green Man is a 100% Chardonnay Cap Classique

Hand-harvested in the cool of morning and crafted with precision, this wine spent 22 months on the lees after secondary fermentation in bottle, developing its fine mousse and layered complexity. Expect vibrant aromas of green apple and acacia blossom, delicate minerality, and a whisper of brioche. On the palate, it is elegant and refreshing, with a persistent bead and a beautifully long finish.
