The Rall White 2023 is a stunning blend of 71% Chenin Blanc, 26% Verdelho, and 3% Viognier, showcasing the mastery of Donovan Rall. This wine was matured for 10 months in a combination of concrete egg, foudre, and older barrels, enhancing its texture and complexity. The result is a wine of great refinement and focus.

On the nose, delicate aromas of pear, peach, citrus, fynbos, and a subtle touch of reduction greet the senses, while the palate is lean and taut, offering purity and precision. The wine’s mineral core, vibrant acidity, and long, dry finish make it a standout example of Cape-based Chenin Blanc blends.
