About this Item
100% Pinot Noir
Wine of Origin: Ceres Plateau
Winemaker: Charles Hopkins
From high-altitude vineyards planted on Bokkeveld shale soils, this wine exemplifies the distinctive character of the Ceres Plateau. Crafted partially in whole-cluster style, it delivers a vibrant and authentic expression of red and black fruit.
Tasting Notes: The nose is expressive with red cherry and wild strawberry, elevated by subtle hints of clove and forest floor. Silky tannins and a fine mineral thread weave seamlessly with delicate oak, culminating in an elegant, lingering finish.
