This exclusive wine was made from one of the best parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon in the Bottelary area of Stellenbosch. Only two barrels were produced, all to be sold via auction, exclusively over two days in early October 2025. The 2023 CWG Cabernet Sauvignon has the potential to age to its betterment for up to 20 years from vintage.

Tasting Notes: Subtle nuances of cedary oak, black and red berry fruits, cigar box and oak vanilla are all evident on the bouquet. The palate expresses traits of the 2023 vintage - elegance, subtle feel and delicate structure. Berry fruit flavours dominate the flavour profile, also exhibiting a luscious, velvet-smooth mouthfeel. Seamless, fine tannins gently finish the wine.

Ready to drink 3-20 years from vintage date.
