Syrah that embodies elegance and purity, reflecting granitic soil in a maritime environment. Grapes are processed mostly as whole bunches with gentle extraction before ageing in old oak. Production takes place in the heart of Cape Town on the Salt Riviera.

Tasting Notes: Red fruit, white pepper, violets and plums, all complemented by notes of black olives and herbs.

Ready to drink in 5 to 8 years.
