About this Item
To mark the release of the upcoming movie No Time To Die, the 25th instalment of the James Bond series, Bollinger has created a limited edition wine dedicated to 007, with a 2011 vintage inspired by the world of Bond. The jet-black 75cl bottle features the number '25', formed from the titles of the previous films, which are also etched on the glass of the wooden gift box. Just press the button to watch the lid open!
The 2011 vintage is unusually created entirely from Pinot Noir, sourced from the Grand Cru village of Epernay, where the House was first established in 1829. This is the first time that both the vintage and village have been used exclusively by Bollinger to make a dedicated wine. The excellent 2011 harvest in Epernay, produced complex, powerful and harmonious Pinot Noir, fully expressed in this characterful wine.

Critics Ratings
‘This cuvée is a tribute to the partnership between the James Bond producers and the Bollinger house. Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced in the Marne valley, the bouquet is elegant and fresh, with notes of fresh fruit and pastry. It's tense and straight, with a moderately firm palate showing some delicate iodine notes. Dosage: 4g/l.’ - Yohan Castaing, Decanter, 92/100 (Nov 2019)
