Critics Ratings
‘The 2016 Sénéjac is wonderfully expressive. Savory, earthy and quite delicate, the 2016 is full of complexity and nuance. Sweet tobacco, dried flowers, mint and leather add shades of nuance to this pretty, inviting Haut-Médoc. 2018-2024’ - Antonio Galloni, Vinous, 91/100 (Dec 2018)
‘Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Senejac gives notions of crushed red and black cherries, mulberries and cassis with touches of earth, violets, chocolate box and cinnamon stick. Medium-bodied and laden with bags of juicy fruit, it has a soft structure and great length. 2020-2035’ - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Wine Advocate, 90/100 (Nov 2018)
‘Relaxed, well-integrated, ripe nose. Sweet, purple fruits and quite a bit of both acid and tannin but just the right side of rasping. A success on a bourgeois scale. Lovely fresh confidence. 2023-2033’ - Jancis Robinson, jancisrobinson.com, 16.5+/20 (Apr 2017)
