Notes

Tim Morris worked in the Bernard Leach stoneware pottery tradition, which fused Eastern ceramics with techniques from England and Germany. He believed that pottery is a combination of art, philosophy, design and craft. He held exhibitions in every major city in South Africa and several international exhibitions in Los Angeles, Italy, Germany, Holland and Namibia. He was a founder member of Association of Potters of Southern Africa and the founder of the Crocodile River Arts and Crafts Ramble in Johannesburg.
