Daum Nancy 'Winter' enamelled cameo glass vase

Notes
Daum Nancy was heavily influenced by the Art Nouveau movement. The use of select colour and simple, strong forms give the pieces a strong, sculptural presence. Inclusions of coloured materials into the body of the glass added further interest. Multiple layers of glass were carved to achieve a design in low relief.
