Notes
Shirley Cloete studied the techniques of hand-blown glass under Annette Meech at Covent Garden, London. Her inspiration comes largely from play of light in nature. She was instrumental in pioneering the Studio Glass movement in South Africa and has exhibited both locally and internationally.
