This wine was made at Hartenberg Wine Estate, under the guidance of Thabile's Mentor Carl Schultz.
100% Riesling
Fermented in an old 225 liter French oak barrel and matured on its primary lees for 15 months before bottling.
Stone fruits, nectarines, peaches and apricot, lemon zest and petroleum on the nose. The palate follows through with lemon-lime zest and stone fruits.
This wine is packed in a wooden box.
