Monument to The Arniston (East Indiaman)
signed; inscribed on the reverse 'View near Mosel Bay. Cape L'Aguillas - Cape of Good Hope. Spot where the Arniston East Indiaman was lost. Among the passengers who perished were Lord and Lady Molesworth, and a number of children to four of whom (the children of Colonel Giels) this monument was erected. Bullock wagon taking off the wreck'.
