'Containing a higher percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon than normal (it can be as low as 75%, but is 90% here), this structured, focused Bordeaux blend (Merlot and a dash of Petit Verdot complete the cuvée) is sturdy and built to last, with notes of dried herbs, toasty oak and refreshing acidity.
