About this Item
Cape Point Vineyards has one of the Cape's most unique locations, situated on the narrow southern tip of the Cape Peninsula, where it is set rather majestically against the slopes of the famous Chapman’s Peak mountain range and overlooks the nearby Atlantic Ocean – a mere 1,2km’s away. They pioneered the area, single-handedly creating a Wine of Origin demarcation, and established an international reputation and benchmark for unique and age-worthy white wines, most prominently Bordeaux whites.
Critics Ratings
‘Seductively subtle, with spicy perfume and wild nettle notes, borne on creamy lees texture, partly wooded 2013 shows real class.’ - Platter’s SA Wine Guide 2015, 4*
