circular, the moulded wavy rim with scrolling foliage and flowerheads, the centre inscribed Birkenhead Conservative Association West Division Presented to Lieut. Col. W. R. Brownell, M. C. F. P. by the Members in recognition of his services as Chairman 1925-1932., raised on three bracket feet moulded with scrolling foliage, stamped WALKER & HALL SHEFFIELD, one foot repaired, 43cm diameter, 1775g
