An Italian halberd, 17th century
with crescent-shaped axe blade and carved beak-shaped back section, with cut-out decorations, lacking grip, spike length 56cm; an Indo Persian steel lance butt, 18th century, the octagonal top section with two graduating lobed spheroid sections below, each capped to both ends with serrated and petal borders, with spike below, splits, 31cm long; and an Indo Persian lance or lance butt, 19th century, with a grooved collar terminating in a short faceted metal spike, the remainder of bamboo shaft, total metal section 19cm long, the metal spike 8,5cm long
