A rare large steel Indo Persian three bladed dagger, 19th century
the whole engraved with figures and animals surrounded by foliage, inlaid with bands of script to the hilt, the scabbard similarly engraved, the blade 30,5cm long; and an Indo Persian Jambiya, mid 19th century, the steel hilt with traces of silver koftgari, the curved blade inlaid to the forte with similar intricate scenes to either side of the blade and highlighted with traces of gilding, with cloth scabbard, the blade 38cm long
