A Continental silver and ivory hunting hanger, 18th century the ivory hilt mounted in the Turkish manner, with silver figural terminal, the front and reverse with ribbon-tied oval cartouches centred by a cavalier, the leather scabbard with silver top and chape, the back edge of the blade engraved S HARVEY, the hilt hallmarked, lacking tip of scabbard, the blade 70,5cm long
