A black lacquered and gilt-metal-mounted cabinet-on-stand, 18th/19th century heightened with gilt chinoiseries, the rectangular top above a pair of doors enclosing an arrangement of long and short drawers, in sizes, gilt-metal strap-work hinges, the associated stand with a frieze carved with blind fretwork, raised on square legs similarly carved, the corners with pierced spandrels, on block feet, restorations, 146cm high, 95cm wide, 53cm deep
