Notes

‘What strikes one is a unique freshness which, on the one hand, manifests itself, in certain pieces more than others, through fleeting colour combinations which are delicately feminine and suggestive in essence; and on the other hand, maintains itself in other pieces through a more outspoken expression of plane and form, which are distinctly outlined and more plastic.’1
