the circular embossed detachable cover centred by a cartouche of a courting couple flanked by a pair of scroll cartouches, engraved 'N' and 'B' respectively, the border moulded with flowerheads and foliage, gilt interior, the cut-glass bowl with alternating printies and star-cut, star-cut base, chips, dent to cover, 9,7cm high, 115g; and an Edward VII silver-mounted cut-glass ink bottle, William Vale & Sons, Chester, 1923, with circular screw top, enlosing a glass stopper, the oval-shaped body centred by foliate detail, chips, dents, 7,3cm high, 15g
